Our team has more than 200 years of combined experience and is able to assist an air carrier at any stage of development. Airline Visions specializes in start-up carriers including domestic and international passenger operations, cargo/freight and air ambulance services.

Michael Ethridge is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of experience in airline and airport service delivery and ground services. Areas of concentration include: organizational planning and start-up; strategic restructuring; airline/airport services; client care; process development/optimization; partnership development; testing/performance analysis; and leadership development. Michael has held senior positions with Qatar Airways, Kuwait National Airways, Hawaiian Airlines, Delta Airlines Global Services, and Emirates Airlines. Michael earned an MBA from Florida Institute of Technology (FIT) and a BS in Economics and Business Administration from Florida Southern College. |

Dr. Rhett Yates is an Associate Professor at Jacksonville University where he teaches in the graduate and undergraduate aviation programs. Dr. Yates earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Lynn University. He earned his MBA from LaGrange College and his Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management & Flight Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology. Dr. Yates is a certified FAA pilot holding a commercial certificate with multi-engine instrument rating as well as advanced ground instructor rating. |

Dr. Carol Dole received her Ph.D. (economics) from the University of Florida. She also holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Dole’s undergraduate degree (BS/Journalism) is also from the University of Florida. She currently teaches principles of macroeconomics and microeconomics and enjoys teaching statistics and sports economics. |
